Now that you have voted here are the suspects depicted in the line up. Some are “Real Suspects” and some were ringers (Identified in Red to protect me from liable) just to see if they would get votes.

Suspect #1
– You’ve heard of the “Bing Crosby” sketch of D B
Cooper? Well this is Bing Crosby. To my knowledge he never hijacked a plane. |
Suspect #2 –
This is Kenneth Peter (Kenny) Christiansen, former NWA employee. If you
didn’t recognize him, you need to re-read the “I Am D B
Cooper” page. |
Suspect #3
– This dastardly villain is FBI Special Agent |

Suspect #4 –
This is a 1950s era photo of Duane Weber aka |
Suspect #5
– This is James R. Gannett. He was an engineer and test pilot for
Boeing during the 50s and 60s. He was on Boeing’s SST Project before it
was cancelled. |
Suspect #6 –
Of course this is the “suspect-of-the-hour,” Barrister
Cook’s very own William Pratt (Wolfgang) Gossett. Soldier, criminal,
private investigator, priest and book subject. |

Suspect #7 –
Richard Floyd McCoy, Jr. The man many think was actually D B Cooper. He was
convicted of Air Piracy, escaped prison, and was shot and killed by the FBI. |
Suspect #8 –
Robert Wesley Rackstraw. He tried to get duplicates of his pilot’s
license and FAA medical. Somehow this made the FBI think he was Cooper.
Turned out he wasn’t. |
Suspect #9 - Ted
(Teddy) E. Mayfield. Teddy was the “suspect-of-the-hour” before
Gossett. He is alive, well, building kit-planes, and receiving guest in |
I hope everyone had fun with this and learned something also. If you would like to see more polls and surveys, or if you have an idea for something fun and instructional, e-mail Sluggo at Sluggo@N467US.com, I’d love to hear your ideas.
